Internal rules and norms of conduct
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please respect the following rules of the location:
1. Check-in, check-out and documents
Check-in time: starting with 15:00
Check-out time: until 11:00
At check-in, it is mandatory to present a photo ID.
All special requests will be analyzed according to availability and may attract additional fees.
2. General rules
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or events are not allowed in the premises.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. Please respect this interval to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 08:30 - 10:30, based on prior appointment
4. Consequences of deviations
Any violation of the mentioned rules, including disturbing the peace, smoking in prohibited areas or inappropriate behavior, will attract the immediate release of the room by the guest in question, without the right to refund the amount paid for the accommodation.
